Tuk-Tuk prices from 200-300+ baht between karon and Patong.Generally theycan charge between 300-800 baht to the town centre of phuket.
These are the most reasonable form of transport from 20 Baht+.

The cheapest form of your own transport for hire. From 150-250 baht per day. Less if it's for long term.
